Policies

HOTEL POLICIES:

For the comfort of all our guests, we are a 100% non-smoking facility.

Check-In Time: 4 p.m. and 10 p.m.  Checkout Time: 11 a.m.

Availability: Rooms are based on availability.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome for an additional $40.00 charge per night in a room. Please note that pets CAN NOT be left unattended in rooms. Contact us for more details.

Deposit Policy: A credit card is required at the time of booking to guarantee the room.

Cancellation Policy: 48-hour cancellation notice is required for all reservations.  If you cancel within the 48 hours or are a no show, you will be charged for 1 room night and tax.  During Holiday periods, a 7-day cancellation is required.

Parking: Free parking is available and is on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Front Desk Hours: The front desk hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.  Check-in must occur prior to 10:00 p.m.  If a guest is unable to arrive prior to 10:00 p.m., arrangements must be made with hotel staff on the afternoon of arrival.

Complimentary Continental Breakfast: A Continental breakfast is served from 6:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. daily.  The breakfast includes pastries, muffins, a selection of bread, jellies and butter, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and juice. 

The Inn At Truckee does not have an elevator.
